Do you know a future golf champion? Youngsters with a love of the game can improve their skills at one of six free Outback Queensland Masters Junior Golf Clinics.
PGA Pro Darren Weatherall will hold the clinics for aspiring junior players at Biloela, Charleville, Quilpie, Blackall, Hughenden, and Longreach golf clubs alongside the Outback Queensland Masters events.
The Junior Clinics are aimed at improving the skills of young people. They are suitable for children aged five years and over and cater for all skill levels, from first-time golfers to aspiring young champions.
“This is an excellent opportunity for Outback youngsters to gain tips and firsthand knowledge from PGA Pro Darren Weatherall. Darren will also share his experience with the Outback Queensland Masters players along the 6 week journey,” said Luke Bates, Golf Australia, Golf operations & state senior manager – Queensland.
“To ensure the clinics are accessible to all children and young people in the Outback, they are offered free of charge. This part of the Outback Queensland Master’s pledge to create real givebacks to the local community.”

Quilpie – July 3-4
Blackall – July 10-11

Longreach – July 24-25
